Hi,

I’m Margot Amouyal, a multimedia journalist.

I am currently double majoring in journalism and economics at Northwestern University, with plans to graduate in June 2025.

I have reported over 100 stories in English and French across three continents—Asia, Europe and North America — over the past six years.

My experience includes reporting for the Crain’s Business Journal in Grand Rapids, Michigan; the Wisconsin State Journal in Madison, Wisconsin; GBH News in Boston; and The Wall Street Journal’s bureau in New York.

I am passionate about telling impactful stories that inform people about the issues and people shaping our world. I have a particular love for working on stories about business and economics.
